Store Selector

If your account has access to more than one store, you can switch between them using the store selector.

Where to Find It

The store selector is a dropdown located in the sidebar (on desktop) or the header area (on mobile). It displays the name of the store you are currently viewing.

Switching Stores

  1. Click or tap the store selector dropdown.
  2. Choose the store you want to view from the list.
  3. All data on every page updates immediately to reflect the selected store.

What Changes When You Switch

When you select a different store, everything on the dashboard updates:

  • KPI cards on the Overview page
  • All charts and tables
  • Hourly sales, department sales, product data
  • Cashier metrics and payment method breakdowns
  • Alert events and purchasing data

The date range you have selected stays the same when you switch stores.

Your Selection Persists

StorePulse remembers your store selection between sessions. If you close the browser and come back later, you will still be viewing the same store you last selected.

Your selection is saved locally in your browser. If you log in from a different device or browser, you may need to select your store again.

Store Access

You may not see all of your company's stores in the dropdown. Your administrator can assign you to specific stores, which limits the dropdown to only those locations. If you need access to a store that is not listed, contact your account admin.

Stores on Different Plans

  • Basic plan -- 1 store
  • Pro plan -- Up to 5 stores
  • Enterprise plan -- Unlimited stores

If you are on the Basic plan, the store selector will show your single store and you won't need to switch.
