First Login

Welcome to StorePulse. This page walks you through logging in for the first time and what to expect when you land on the dashboard.

Accessing StorePulse

Open your web browser and go to:

app.storepulse.us

StorePulse works in any modern browser -- Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. It works on phones, tablets, and desktop computers.

Logging In

  1. On the login screen, enter the email address and password provided by your account administrator or the StorePulse team.
  2. Click Sign In.
tip

If you don't have credentials yet, ask the account owner or admin to invite you. They can do this from the Team Management page.

First-Time Password Setup

If your account was just created, you may be prompted to set a new password. Choose a strong password that is at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

Forgot Your Password?

On the login screen, click Forgot Password? and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link via email. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.

What You See After Login

After signing in, you land on the Overview Dashboard. This is your home base -- it shows:

  • KPI cards at the top with today's key metrics (gross sales, customers, average basket, and more)
  • Daily sales chart showing your sales trend over the selected date range
  • Monthly sales chart with a 12-month rolling view
  • Department breakdown showing how sales are distributed

If you have multiple stores, the dashboard shows data for whichever store is currently selected. You can change the store using the Store Selector.

Session and Security

  • Your session stays active as you use the dashboard.
  • After a period of inactivity, you will be automatically logged out for security and will need to sign in again.
  • StorePulse uses secure, encrypted connections for all data transmission.
