Managing Your Subscription
StorePulse uses Stripe for secure payment processing. To manage your subscription:
- Navigate to Account > Billing.
- Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe customer portal.
- From there you can:
- View your current plan and billing cycle
- Update your payment method (credit card)
- View past invoices and payment history
- Change your plan (upgrade or downgrade)
- Cancel your subscription
Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe. StorePulse never stores your credit card details.
Upgrading Your Plan
When you upgrade (for example, Basic to Pro):
- The change takes effect immediately
- You gain access to additional stores and extended data history right away
- You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle
Downgrading Your Plan
When you downgrade (for example, Pro to Basic):
- The change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You continue to have access to your current plan's features until then
- After the downgrade takes effect, data beyond the new plan's retention limit is subject to a 7-day grace period before cleanup
If you downgrade from Pro (365 days history) to Basic (30 days history), data older than 30 days will be removed after a 7-day grace period. If you upgrade again within those 7 days, your data is preserved. After 7 days, the cleanup is permanent.
Store Limits
Each plan has a maximum number of stores:
- Basic: 1 store. If you try to add a second store, you will be prompted to upgrade.
- Pro: Up to 5 stores.
- Enterprise: No store limit. Contact us for Enterprise pricing.
